SMART4U is a next-generation bicycle helmet that features integrated brake and turn signal lights to help cyclists more effectively communicate their intentions to drivers and people around them so that they stay safe and visible while riding on the road.

SMART4U collects certain information from you when you share that information with us and when you use our app, our website and related services.
Personal Information: SMART4U may collect your name and email address if you share that information with us via our website. If you decide to pre-order or purchase our product, we will collect your name, your email address, your delivery address, and the number of referrals you have made (in connection with any referral campaigns we may run).
Analytics Information: SMART4U has partnered with select analytics partners (“Analytics Partners”) to collect information about how our website is used. SMART4U USE OF COOKIES AND BEACONS

SMART4U uses beacons to better manage content on our website and to improve the use and efficiency of our app.
As we discussed above, SMART4U works with our Analytics Partners to improve the quality of our website, and to give you access to more relevant information. DOES SMART4U COLLECT PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION?
SMART4U partners with Stripe, a leading payment service provider, to process credit and debit card transaction completed through its website. While we retain the last 4 digits of your credit or debit card details for verification purposes, we do not collect, own, or store your full credit card or debit card information on our servers. DOES SMART4U TRACK MY ACTIVITY ACROSS OTHER WEBSITES?
When you visit our website, we automatically collect the name of the website you visited from (called the “referring page”) and the name of the website you chose to visit immediately after ours (called the “exit page”), and information about other websites you have recently visited. This information is used to improve our website, but we cannot identify you from any information we receive from cookies (see “Does SMART4U Use Cookies or Beacons?”). SMART4U does not honor the “Do Not Track” settings available on most browsers. When SMART4U’ website detects the Do Not Track signal from your browser, it will still collect referring and exit page information and other information when you visit our website.
CAN I CHOOSE TO STOP RECEIVING MARKETING MESSAGES FROM SMART4U?
SMART4U may send you newsletters and other messages, including marketing emails, about exciting developments with our business, and to alert you to relevant advertisements and other opportunities. We will only send you communications if you give us express permission to do so by leaving us your email on our website. You can always choose to stop receiving newsletters or other communications from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a SMART4U marketing message.
CAN CHILDREN USE SMART4U’ WEBSITE?
Our website and our app are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal or other information from children under 13. SMART4U is based in the United States, and our website is hosted there.
