WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, we support shipping to the contiguous United States.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For the contiguous US, we offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of $6.95 is applied.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. After processing, the delivery takes 7-12 business days. Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive in 9-14 business days from the date of purchase. Although we have not faced major delays, please note that the current global situation can impact the shipping time.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. This enables you to track the progress of your order and get an estimated delivery date.

I WILL NOT BE HOME ON THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DAY.

Most of our packages require a signature on delivery. Please contact the carrier directly to reschedule delivery.

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER.

In general, one part of your order may ship a few days earlier. If the second part of your order hasn't arrived in a week, please send us an email at support@smart4u.ai so we can help look up your order status with our shipping partner.

I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER.

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed by our warehouse. If you would like to do so, please email us at support@smart4u.ai so we can check your order status and possibly help to make the requested changes.
